With BodyPharm.eu you can choose two different withdrawal methods:


Free – no additional costs

All products that can be purchased on the Site can be reserved and picked up by the customer at the I-DO SRL warehouse located at Via Fondo Ausa 68 in Dogana di San Marino. At the time of collection it is also possible to pay in cash, debit card or credit card.

If you choose to pick up the goods in store you can reach us daily, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, Saturday from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm.

With Agreed Courier

7€ – under 250€ spending, free for higher amounts

The LP courier, through a specific mandate signed by the customer, will pick up the goods from the registered office in San Marino and deliver them to the address indicated at the time of the order.

With Unconventional Courier

The Customer can choose and give a mandate to collect the products from a courier of his choice at the registered office in San Marino, and deliver the goods to the address he will indicate when placing the order. To order with collection by courier without agreement, contact us by email from Monday to Friday from 9 to 18. By choosing this delivery method, the courier’s collection costs will be those established by the courier himself who, in any case, will have to make the payment in the name of the customer and account for the amount of the order at the time of collection, in the event that it is not already been welded.


Our couriers require a supplement for some areas of the Italian territory.
Below, the areas concerned with the related supplements:
Venice and the Minor Islands: + € 5.00 supplement (€ 12.00 total)

Order fulfillment times

In case of use of the courier and prepayment, the order is processed as soon as payment is received. If, on the other hand, payment is made upon receipt of the goods, the order will be processed the day after the telephone confirmation made by our operator. If all products are available in stock, delivery takes place within 1-2 working days. For products not in stock, delivery takes place on average within 2-3 working days from the time the goods are received by the distributor.
NB We remind you that the working day is intended from Monday to Friday, except for midweek holidays.


Keep track of your shipment with email notifications. The system will send you only one notification:

The collection of the order will be carried out, on behalf of the customer on a specific mandate, by the agreed courier who will deliver the goods to the address indicated at the time of the order.
Delivery takes place without notice on Business Days (from 08:30 to 17:00), so we recommend that you indicate an address where someone is always present.
In case of absence, at the time of delivery, the Courier will leave a “notice of passage”; if the courier is not contacted to arrange a new delivery, it will make a second attempt on the day following the first passage.
If even the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the order will automatically go into storage and you will be contacted by our Customer Service Department, at the number you left when you placed your order, with the goal of booking a new delivery based on your needs.
NB Remember to always enter a telephone number to be able to contact you in case of need
Should it prove impossible to contact you and the ordered products remain in stock for 10 days, or even the delivery agreed with Customer Service fails, we will proceed to cancel the order and return the goods.
