Il corriere convenzionato BRT, tramite apposito mandato sottoscritto dal cliente, preleverà la merce dal magazzino e la consegnerà all’indirizzo indicato al momento dell’ordine.

Order fulfillment times

In case of use of the courier and prepayment, the order is processed as soon as payment is received. If, on the other hand, payment is made upon receipt of the goods, the order will be processed the day after the telephone confirmation made by our operator. If all products are in stock, delivery is within 2-3 business days. For products not in stock, delivery takes place on average within 4-5 working days from the time the goods are received by the distributor.
NB We remind you that the working day is intended from Monday to Friday, except for midweek holidays.

EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS

Keep track of your shipment with email notifications. The system will send you a single notification, “Confirmation: your order has been received.”

METHOD OF WITHDRAWAL AND DELIVERY

The collection of the order will be carried out, on behalf of the customer on a specific mandate, by the agreed courier who will deliver the goods to the address indicated at the time of the order.
Delivery takes place without notice on Business Days (from 08:30 to 17:00), so we recommend that you indicate an address where someone is always present.
In case of absence, at the time of delivery, the Courier will leave a “notice of passage”; if the courier is not contacted to arrange a new delivery, it will make a second attempt on the day following the first passage.
If even the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the order will automatically go into storage and you will be contacted by our Customer Service Department, at the number you left when you placed your order, with the goal of booking a new delivery based on your needs.
NB Remember to always enter a telephone number to be able to contact you in case of need
Should it prove impossible to contact you and the ordered products remain in stock for 10 days, or even the delivery agreed with Customer Service fails, we will proceed to cancel the order and return the goods.
