Biovolumetric is injected at the level of the subcutaneous- Skin improves in terms of elasticity hydration, turgor, stimulation and renewal of fat tissue. Scientifically, among the adipocytes are mesenchymal stem cells and pre-adipocytes that expose CD-44 receptors. Under the action of the biointeractive HA portion of the product, there is a differentiation of pre-adipocytes into adipocytes with consequent regeneration of the fat compartment. its action is also manifested at the level of the dermis resulting in its improvement.

Regenyal Idea Bio-Expander is a monophasic gel that is obtained by a low-temperature, long-lasting “gentle cross-linking” process. Mixing slowly s allows the cross-linking agent (BDDE) to distribute better and more evenly. the amount of BDDE used is 30 percent less than most other commercially available products of the same viscosity. In addition, in the case of the Bio-Expander, as many as three molecular weights of Hyaluronic Acid are used, 1 million, 2 million and 500 thousand Daltons; the latter corresponds to 10% free and intercalated HA. HA chains of different lengths allow better calibration of product viscosity.
