Regenyal Idea is a resorbable biovolumetric (sterile, apyrogenic and physiological gel) that serves as a filler for the correction of medium skin sagging of the face. The main component is Hyaluronic Acid produced by bacterial fermentation. Regenyal Idea diffuses naturally into the areas adjacent to the implant, ensuring a balanced and continuous distribution of the substance.
Viscosity and elasticity of Hyaluronic Acid are such that it preserves volume cohesion but does not hinder its ability to adapt to individual morphology with a modulation that preserves the traits of naturalness.

Regenyal Idea is a monophasic gel that is obtained by a low-temperature, long-lasting cross-linking process (gentle crosslinking). Mixing slowly allows the cross-linking agent (BDDE) to distribute better and more evenly. The amount of BDDE used is 30 percent less than most other commercially available products of the same viscosity.
Two molecular weights of Hyaluronic Acid, 1 million and 2 million Daltons, are used to make the product, allowing the material’s diffusivity characteristics to be best calibrated.
