OBJECT REPLACEMENT

To request the service it is necessary to send an email to assistenza@bodypharm.eu with the subject “Replacement request”, and in the body of the email specify your personal data used during the purchase and the product to be replaced with a brief description.
It will be our pleasure to book the GLS courier for home delivery of the new product and at the same time the withdrawal of the one to be replaced.

RETURNS

Our return process is very simple: we return, for any reason, the amount spent by bank transfer within 5 working days of receiving the goods.
To request the return of a product it is necessary to send an email to assistenza@bodypharm.eu with the subject “Return request”, and in the body of the email specify the personal data entered during the purchase and the IBAN on which to receive the refund.
You have 15 days to return the product and receive a refund.
You will be responsible for assigning the product to a courier to have it delivered to our location.
Please kindly make sure that the products are new and possibly in the original packaging.
All products that do not comply with our return conditions will not be refunded.
