To request the service it is necessary to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “Replacement request”, and in the body of the email specify your personal data used during the purchase and the product to be replaced with a brief description.
It will be our pleasure to book the GLS courier for home delivery of the new product and at the same time the withdrawal of the one to be replaced.
Our return process is very simple: we return, for any reason, the amount spent by bank transfer within 5 working days of receiving the goods.

You have 15 days to return the product and receive a refund.
